Laurens County is located in the Upstate region of South Carolina and covers slightly more than 700 square miles. I-26 and I-365 connect Laurens County to Spartanburg (35 miles), Greenville (40 miles), Columbia (70 miles), Charlotte (100 miles), Atlanta (165 miles), and Charleston (175 miles). And South Carolina's largest airport - Greenville Spartanburg International - is less than 30 miles away and has more than 90 flights each day.

Driving Directions to the ChamberFrom Greenville: From I-85 take I-385 South toward Columbia.
From I-385, take the US 221 exit (#9) toward Laurens, and at the top of the ramp turn left and remain on US 221 until it intersects with US 76.
At the US 221 / US 76 intersection, turn left onto US 76 (ByPass) until reaching the US 76 ByPass/US 76 Business Route intersection.
At the US 76 ByPass/US 76 Business Route intersection, turn left onto US 76 BR. (Note: US-76 BR becomes US-76).
Remain on US 76, and as you pass the Laurens County Hospital, get into the lefthand lane and begin to look for the left turn onto Cornwell Road (SC S-30-288).
Turn LEFT on Cornwell Road, for about one tenth of a mile, then CORNWELL RD / SC-S-30-288
The Laurens County Chamber of Commerce is just ahead at 291 Professional Park Road.
From Spartanburg:
Take I-26 South to the SC 49 exit (#44). At the top of the ramp turn right into Laurens.
Remain on SC 49 until it intersects with US 221. Turn left onto US 221.
At the US 221 / US 76 intersection, turn left onto US 76 (ByPass) until reaching the US 76 ByPass/US 76 Business Route intersection.
At the US 76 ByPass/US 76 Business Route intersection, turn left onto US 76 BR. (Note: US-76 BR becomes US-76).
