Chamber Unveils New Website

"The laurenscounty.org website was redesigned to better communicate with our members, and the public. We promised that 2007 was a new beginning and now we can highlight our legislative advocacy efforts, as well as the products and services offered by the Chamber to help Laurens County businesses do business," said Chamber President Rob Clapper. "The new look of the website is to highlight our broad and diverse membership of small and large businesses from throughout the community."
A few key areas on the new website include:
- News and Events
Learn about the latest news affecting Laurens County business community. Also included in this section are our press releases, event listings and a chance to sign up for our free e-mail versions of our Monthly newsletter.
- Products and Services
The Laurens County Chamber of Commerce is the single organization to bring businesses all the resources they need – including the Professional Development Training and better opportunities for networking with potential customers. Our reliable services will help community businesses do business.
- Member Profiles
The new website contains profiles and photos of various Chamber members – highlighting the diversity of the community and our membership. Member profiles will include Steamers Restaurant and the Laurens County SPCA. These profiles on the website will change periodically.
- Advocacy Tools
Track key legislation through the email notification and view the Chamber position on bills being tracked by our government affairs committee.
- Business Resources
Our website offers information on everything you need to know about starting a business, international trade, networking and more. You can also access our FAQs, relocation and travel information, and our popular business finder.
