Job Title: HVAC Customer Service/ Dispatch

Position Summary:

Do you love to talk to new people? Are you extremely organized and enjoy planning? We have the perfect job for you! We are now searching for the perfect person to fill the role of HVAC Service Coordinator. This person will be the first point of contact for customers whether by phone or in person. The Service Coordinator will work closely with our Service Technicians and plan appointments for service and repair for our customers. The job will also include ordering parts, billing and following up with customers to make sure we have completed everything to their satisfaction. Full time, permanent, hourly position. Experience with computer, customer database, Quickbooks, Word, Excel and Google Sheets. Managing dispatch schedule, booking customer appointments. Good phone skills a must.

Position Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience 2+ years
  • Strong Phone Skills
  • Computer Skills - Quickbooks experience
  • Proficient in Office Word and Excel
  • Experience with Customer Management Software
  • Organized and Efficient in getting tasks done

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.50 - $26.00 per hour
