The recipient of the 4th quarter award is

Emily Bailey

Affectionately known as the "trash lady of Clinton," Emily Bailey has for years patrolled the streets of Clinton picking up trash and urging others to do the same. Hardly a day goes by that Emily does not put on her PC ballcap, load her bucket and grabber into the car and head out. While she mainly works alone, she sometimes partners with Clinton Canopy working to clean up the sites where that group plants flowers.
